Across 111 acres of protected forest and lavender fields, we invite you to step off the treadmill of productivity and into a small, private group setting where your body can finally slow down enough to process what it hasn’t before. 


There comes a point where your mind is full, your body is tight, and pushing through no longer works. These mindfulness immersions are designed for that moment. Mindfulness Immersions are gentle, guided experiences designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and create the conditions for real release and reconnection—without pressure, expectation, or overwhelm. No rushing. No performing. Just time to breathe, move, rest, and be.


What happens here is simple. People arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. With the right support, space, and pace, the body begins to settle. What’s been held—tension, emotion, patterns—can start to surface, process, and release.


From there, something shifts. You don’t just feel calmer—you feel clearer, steadier, and more like yourself again.

These immersions go beyond relaxation.  Through guided exercises, reflection, and somatic practices, you’ll be supported in gently releasing stored emotional weight, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and returning to your life with greater clarity, strength, and self-trust.


Each element is intentionally designed to support an internal shift—not just a temporary sense of calm.

Welcome to REVIVE @ Get Calm, a space to come back to yourself. Rooted in both formal training and lived experience, this space is shaped by the understanding that healing happens when we stop pushing and start listening. I studied yoga and meditation in their birthplace, Rishikesh, India, where I lived in an ashram and immersed myself in traditional practices at the foot of the Himalayas. 


Through trauma-informed practices, I offer a space that is steady, supportive, and grounded—where nothing is forced, and everything unfolds at your pace. When life feels overwhelming or disconnected, the body holds that weight. Through gentle, trauma-informed practices, we begin to release what’s been carried and create space for clarity, calm, and realignment. This space isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about creating the conditions where you can finally hear your own inner guidance again and come back to who you were before everything told you to be something else.
